I think I have a HDD going bad in a VS mail, but I thought I'd check and see if anyone has had a similar experience.
Customer receives a call, and wants to transfer the call directly to another extension's VM box. They complete the transfer and hang up as normal. All the caller gets is a busy signal, and the call bounces back to the receptionist after it is NOT picked up by the VS Mail.
Customer also stated that they can transfer them to the ext. (not the VM Box directly) and after the typical 3-4 rings, the VM will pick up and they can leave a message like normal. The VM Box only has 1 new message in it, and 3 old ones so I doubt it's too full to take more messages. Anyone had an experience like this before? If so, what should I look for?

I may not be able to fix it, but I certainly can't break it any further!
