Cannot view Print Queue "Access Denied"

Cannot view print queue on a xerox printer. Keeps saying access denied. The permissions seem to be ok has anyone got any ideas. Im running windows 2000 and the print server is windows nt4. Note im having no problems printing but do have problems viewing the queue. Thanks if you can help

we use a program called pconsole for our que management.
it's a good free utility

mmmm maybe did not ask the question right firstime the problem is a certain user cant see the print queue access denied and all permissions are correct and all other users can view print queue fine
