Cannot view my subform

I have a client entry form with a payment information subform. For some reason, when viewing the initial form, the subform is completely blank. Any ideas why this would be occuring???

Hi,
Check that the sub form is link with the correct child and master fields. Ensure that the appropriate relationships are set in Access' relationship section - if not you will see a blank sub form. The only other possibility is that the form is missing or mis-spelled.

Yes I have verified all of the above! I'm completely stumped. I have remade the form several times and keep coming up with the same problem. Any other suggestions??
