cannot view dts package design

Hi, im trying to look at a misbehaving DTS package in Enterprise Manager. However when I try to go to Design Package I get the following Error:

Error Source: Microsoft Data Transformation Services (DTS) Package

Error Description: The system cannot find the file specified

Im not to hot with DTS and really need to get this problem sorted, any ideas.

Have you initiated a refresh on the DTS local packages tab to make sure the package is really there? You may have a ghost package there.
