Cannot view archive.pst file in Outlook 2003

All,

Have a user trying to open her archive file when attempting to open it we are unable to view the .pst files but when I go to documents and settings\%user%\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook\ I am able to see her .pst files. Any suggestions.

If you want to select an existing .pst file, one that's not part of your profile, you'll need to click the New Outlook Data File button.

In the first screen, choose the type of file - generally you will have one or two choices, Office Outlook personal folder format (Outlook 2003 only) or Outlook 97/2002 compatible format. Select the format and click Ok to open the Create or Open Outlook Data File dialog.

To use an existing data file, browse to locate it and select it, then click Ok.

Enter a friendly display name for the data file and click Ok.
