Hi,

I have had the error "An Access Manager service failure has occurred" when working with PPES. I suspect it is because the Ticket Server is not configured properly (whoever set it up has left).

To test the Ticket Server in Access Manager I need the Runtime Administrator DN and password. I suspect these have been set up to the Cognos defaults.

Does anyone know what these might be?

I also can't get into the Network Directory Server to have a look there.

Another option would be to set up the Ticket Server details again, but without destroying all the security setup.

Any ideas?

You should call Cognos support or check the documentation for the defaults (it's in there). I hope no one posts it on-line here. There are enough security headaches out there as it is.
