Cannot upload to Elite 192

We can connect and download using latest IPK SAT however the upload field is greyed out so we are not able to upload.

Are we connecting the wrong way? or what is the correct procedure.

Do you have a MIM-M Card in the AP or S1 slots?

Yes right next to the CPU card

When you start the SAT software are you selecting the >S8000 button.

I have had this trouble sometimes with 3000 series SAT. I can't remember what I did. I think you can save the database and disconnect shut down the sat and reopen the database and it works or something like that.

they had SP03 so we tried S7000 and it worked.

I guess anything under 7.0 software uses S7000.
