cannot update print server in MMC 1

I am using FR-3 with a access database. I imported the printers from our print server some time ago. The printers have changed and when I try to update from the print server I get the following error: "Failed to refresh network print server, data Authentication failed"

Do I need admin rights to the print server? When I first imported the printers I don't remember having to enter a password.

Any help appreciated

Yes you need adin rights to the print server. It should ask you whether to log in as CMC account or you can specify another
