I need to know how to make this pop-up NOT pop-up! My macro opens and closes many files as it runs and extracts informaiton. I can't have this comming up each time. What do I do?

How are ya GovNewbi . . .

Your post is very vague! [surprise]

Realize ... we can't red your mind ... we can't see what your doing ... and we have no idea of your tables & relationships.

As a guess ... have a look at the [blue]SetWarnings[/blue] method.

See Ya! . . . . . .

Be sure to see thread181-473997 [blue]Worthy Reading![/blue] [thumbsup2]
Also faq181-2886 [blue]Worthy Reading![/blue] [thumbsup2]

I am doing ok... slowly getting all the bugs out of my first code ever :)

I don't see a SetWarnings method in the library???

What happened was that I was getting the pop-up asking if I want to update the links... so I went in and put...
UpdateLinks:=xlUpdateLinksNever
Into my line that was Workbooks.Open

This worked great for that pop-up but now I am getting one that says cannot update links... which is just as annoying lol.

and I just realized that access is in the forum name... sry I new to the whole vba thing as well as the forum thing :(
