I am on trying to create new user/group security accounts within an Access db. Problem is, every time I try to create one I receive the "Cannot update. Database or object is read-only." error. I have checked security access on the folder it's in and all is well. I have started a new database from scratch and still get the error. What's the deal? Any help is appreciated.
