after installing symantec antivirus and reboot
i suddenly found new mapped network drives.

The icons says it is disconneted, but selecting them does show contents, however contents of regular mapped drives!
Right-click then disconnect results in error-msg "the network connection could not be found". The mapped drives remains.

From prompt NET USE doesn't this the new-error-mapped drives.
NET USE F: /DELETE results in same message.

How to remove these drives ??

Try this go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management, Disk Management, and then look to see if the drives have a drive letter assigned to them, if not assign them one, then you might be able to delete them with out errors
