cannot udate entry

sometimes i fet this message ttyp.. cannot update entry
i try to install patch 5.0.5a but i can not install the rs505a .
can anybody tells me whrere i can find and how to can i install this?
and if i do this whill i solve this problem..
any other suggetions??

Why can't you install RS505A? What happens?

If it's just because you can't find it, download it from here:

ftp://ftp.sco.com/pub/openserver5/rs505a/

Note that there are two patches included... you must install the "Software Manager Supplement" first. Annihilannic.

And if you have no patches installed you might consider installing 497 and 600 too.
