when I RDP into work computer I dont see logoff and shutdown option.

how can I fix this?

If you have admin rights, you can open a command window, enter shutdown -i and there you go.

YMMV, it works on my companies network, XP OS (probably others), and caveat emptor.

shutdown also has some other options, including /r to force a reboot. Very handy tool.

Thats what I have being doing so far shutdown -r but, I would like to figure out why am I missing those buttons on one PC. On other PC they are there. I am domain admin of domain and member of local administrator group on that PC.

You can enable them via Group Policies, however RDP sessions remove them to stop stupid users from shutting down remote machines that then require a pay-per-hour/issue techncian to get out of bed to turn the machine on - which can cost when the tech lives 20 miles away! :)

I'd recommend keeping it off, but adding "shutdown -r -f -t 30" to a batch script and keep it on YOUR profile's desktop.

I believe that -t 30 is the default, and, thus, not needed.
