Hi All,
got another issue with DASS2 tandem to DPNSS
Setup,
PSTN <=DASS2=> CS1000E-HA Rls5.5 <=DPNSS=> Mitel3300
Exnt 7001 is on CS1000E
CDP 2001 is on CS1000E config to route over the DPNSS
On the Mitel 2001 routes to an ACD group
Problem Scenario==>
When any caller calls operator on CS1K (ATDN=0) and att transfers call to 2001, the call transfer is completed fine. However the answering extn on the Mitel cannot use thier transfer key.
I have tested by calling the operator over DASS2/Analog BT lines/Internal extns
When the same CDP-2001 is accessed either over DDI (idc mapping to 2001) or via any extn on the CS1K the answering extn on the Mitel is able to transfer the call further on.
Basically if the att is not involved in the call, the Mitel extn can transfer further. However if the att is involved in the call, the transfer key on the Mitel extn is disabled in effect.
Traces ==>
==> transferred via Operator
