Under XP and in I.E. anytime I try to browse I get a redirection takeover the address line and nothing will appear other than the cannot display message common with say, mispelt addresses.
I fancy there may be a registry fix for this but I cannot find it anywhere on google, although I'm sure I did some time ago..
If I ping my ISP it returns a positive packet figures but I note that it display a couple of greek type symbols the first is a small superscript "o" and the second a stylised lowercase "y" with a dot on top of the two uprights. It seems that where this exsits in the ping test you cannot get I.E. to browse. I haven't yet tried it but I'm told Firefox is unaffected by it.
Can anyone help?
