Cannot Start Shield on WIN2K Server

Engine: 4.1.60. DAT: 4208. The McShield service will not start on WIN2K server. It just says "Unable to start the netshield manager on server XXXXX". It had been working for a long time. Have rebooted.

Can you check if the account being used to start the service is still correct? If you were using the administrator account to start the service and changed the password, you'll need to change it for the service as well.
