Cannot start Outlook Express

Just tried to start OE v 6 and got error message 'MSIMN has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL'

Any assistance given to fix this will be much appreciated. I have tried re-installing OE but still get the same error message,

You need to post your OS.

First have you done a complete virus scan with the latest updates?

Second have you done a spyware scan?

Third do you have the most current versions of your video display driver?
