cannot start after server 2003 update sp2

I have the DC 2003 R2, where i host SAV Server, After restart from Update to SP2 (using Auto Update), the Server cannot start. I Stuck on the starting windows, Event Safe mode too.
I used the Lastknown Good configuration choice of the Server but did not work too.

Anyone help?

Can you ping it? Can you remotely connect to is to try to manage it?

it didn't bootup, mean that it cannot ping, remote manage...
