Cannot set grerting 1 as active for all calls 1

For some reason I can't set a users' greeting as active for all calls. It says "invalid entry" I can listen to the greeting but cannnot select for external calls using "0" or "2".

IP412; 2 DS30's and 3 DS16's; VM Pro; SCN with IP406. Intuity mode. 4424D+ phones.

Please help me the user is freaking out.

Is this only happening to the one user? I would zap the mailbox and re-create it, likely something corrupted somewhere.

I renamed her old mailbox so I could move the messages she had after the new one was genrated. Works fine now. Thank You!
