Cannot send via Microsoft Shared FAX (even from Server)

On MS Small Business Server 2000 (Internal Fax Modem), I can receive , Print, Store and even direct to a mail address INCOMING FAXES.
BUT I cant send any faxes even from the Server, I keep getting a message " An error was encountered while preparing to send the fax" in the Event Log on the Server

Can any one advise me Please!
