Cannot send or receive email

I don't know what this all means and I don't know anything about Netscreen ..my tech is out....Cannot get mail in or out.....only thru Exchange Web access........all mail is being received and not bounced so looks like Exchange is oK..........Thought might be something with Netscreen........... The message that comes from Outlook is the following:


The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'Work', Server: 'smtp.systems3000.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Are you able to login to the Netscreen? If so, you can open the WebUI and enable logging on your SMTP policy. This should tell you if your passing smtp traffic.
