Cannot Send mail to walla.co.il addresses

What does this error message mean? Does this mean our ip address is blocked on walla's servers. We cannot send mail to any walla user.

how do i go about fixing this. Its a Win2k3 Server Running Exchange 2003. SMTP

It certainly appears so, yes.

Go to

http://dnsstuff.com

and put your exchange server's external IP into their spam database lookup tool. See if you're on any blocklists.
