Morning All,
I volunteer with a non-profit organization and I recently have moved them over to a Windows 2003 AD setup... your basic stuff. The computer lab that the non profit works out of is just one segment in a larger network controlled by the building Admin.
Currently I have file sharing and all my services on this computer Lab's LAN but the teachers are on another which is technically the rest of the building LAN. The problem I am having is with the POP/SMTP settings. The non-profit uses a 3rd party mail service to recieve email and the building outgoing mail server to send email.
These are the settings:
Incoming Mail Server POP3: mail.ceocolorado.org
Outging Mail Server SMTP: mail.int-iccs.org
Currently the Teachers have to access file sharing on the Lab's LAN and access shared applications on the building LAN so I setup 2 network cards on their PC's so then could use both networks interchangably. When I am connected to the buildings LAN (ICCS) I can send and recieve email just fine but when I route traffic through the Lab (CEO) I am able to recieve email but I cannot send them.
I get this error back:

553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.5.3 - chkuser)
-----------------------------------------------
I did create a seperate domain for the Lab (CEO) for administrative purposes but when I send from this domain onto the buildings LAN everything is fine. Any thoughts as to what might be causeing this error.
Any help will be greatly appreciate and sorry this was so long-winded.....
