Cannot send emails to a Public Fodler address

Hi People,

I have a bit of an issue with one of my exchange2k sites.

Scenario is as follows:

we have many exchange sites and servers, namely exch2k-joberg, exch2k-london etc etc.

The problem lies when trying to send emails from a exch2k-joberg user to any mail enabled public folder hosted on another server.( i get a message stating:
"this is a warning message only.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE.
Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed.
weer@domain.com"

the message doesnt make it to this public folder.

- i can send email as a joberg user to a london user - no problems
- i can send email as a joberg user to a london distribution list - no problems
- i can send email as a joberg user to external address- no problems

its just the mail enabled public folder that i cant send to.
all our other sites are able to send mail to these folders, its just the 1 site (exch2k-joberg) that cant.

can someone please help me with this issue.
