Cannot Send email using Outlook2k3 but can receive

One of the users on our network is having the following issue: she cannot send out any mail. She can receive mail though. She has Outlook 2003, on an XP Pro machine. She is the only person on our network having this issue. Any ideas???

What network?

How is the mail account setup?

Is it through MS Exchange or a pop3 account?

Any other specifics

She is on our LAN. It is through MS Exchange server.

Well...we ended up running a repair in outlook, and it seems to be working Ok now.
