cannot send email to @us.yourdomain.com

We are running exchange server with outlook. We also have another company hosting our access. We have always been able to send and receive emails fine. Recently we have a client that has yourname@us.yourdomain.com for an email address. We do not seem to be able to send anything to any of thier addresses that have the @us. in their email address.

Any suggestions?

on the exchange box, run cmd then nslookup and type in the domain name. Does it come back as a live MX record?
