Cannot send email from Exchange to POP3 server

Hello All,

I've setup and exchange server on our intranet with out company domain, sofwerks.com. I already have a POP3 server on a different network that uses sofwerks.com. I can send email from the POP3 server to the exchange server if I use user@exchc.sofwerks.com. However I cannot send mail from the exchange server to the POP3 server using user@sofwerks.com. I get "550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for user@sofwerks.com." Basically, I send email from exchange to anywhere except sofwerks.com domain.

I've checked the relay settings for exchange and its set to relay for my subnet. I've tried a few settings here and none seem to work.

Any thoughts here?
