We have just developed a strange problem with our exchange5.5 server running on NT4.
We can send messages internally no problem, we cannot however send e-mails with attachments internally, they get bounced back saying the following,
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Unable to deliver the message due to a recipient problem
MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:BLEMAIN

We can however forward the e-mail to someone, the problem seems to happen when we create our own e-mails and try and send them. The e-mails just sit in the outbox till the error comes back.
This is strange.
