Cannot send e/mail through route

I have just moved to a new office where I am sharing an Internet connection through a router.

Suddenly, I am unable to send e-mail from my e-mail program (The Bat!). The messge I receive is "SEND - Could not connect to the server"

The SMTP server I am using is my own domain's server.

I suspect that this is something to do with the router...

Can anybody advise me, please?
