Cannot See storgae with Navishphere 5.3.0

My problem is that I have just replaced a windows 2000 server that was directly attached to an FC5400. I configured the agent with my host info (I used the same name as the old host) with the same privileged users and the luns attached fine. I installed navisphere manager on the same server but all I can see is the host. I do not see anything under the storage tabs. What am I missing?
