Cannot see hosted web page on the net

I have a webpage that I would like to host from my computer, and I am using a 6100 westell modem, of course with this a conection to verizon DSL internet. I would like to be able to go to my work PC or any other PC and see my web page. Question is, How to do this?

Use a webserver (such as Apache) and Dyn-DNS to provide a host name which tracks your IP.
