Hi all

I need to check if an extension is setup with a ddi number. I've been doing the following
LD 49
PRT
IDC
etc... and i get the list of DDi numbers and the extensions run through onscreen. Problem is that there are numbers from ***000 to ***999 in the list, yet the list only displays from ***539 onwards onscreen. When you try and search for anything below ***539 nothing comes up, yet you can see the numbers rush past onscreen.
Is there anyway to see the list in full?
Thanks for your help
Tim

Cant you just capture the data and scroll back through it at will?

Nope the list starts onscreen at ***539 and you cannot scroll back through the list to any earlier than that. And if you print the list then it only prints what is displayed onscren.
It's like there's a setting somewhere that dictates how much can be shown onscreen, and the IDC list is too long to display in full.

IF YOUR USING PROCOMM GO INTO SETUP UNDER TERMINAL OPTIONS, SET SCOLL BACK TO 1000

Nope i'm using OTM Navigator - Meridian system terminal. I've looked for any options\setup\properties for this but cannot find anything.

Turn on File>Capture and capture to a text file, then edit with Notepad.

Thats the problem, your using OTM. Use CLI and print it from the PBX.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

OTM.. only the mindless.. not the system
