cannot see files od hard drives

Hello, I have Windows Small Business Server 2003 Standard Edition with Backup Exec V. 10. I'm trying to create my first backup, the problem is my files or serial ata hard drives are not on the list for backup selections. My backup device is a Iomega Rev drive. Any suggestions?

so you can't see the C: d: etc. drives when you go into backup?

I figured it out! The log on account for veritas didn't have administrator rights. Thanks for your input.
