Cannot see Exchange Server Icon after installation of Exchange Agent

After the installation of ARCserve 2000 I installed the Exchange agent.
Everything went well, even the configuration for brick level.
When I run the backup wizard, I can see the local drives but the icon for the exchange server is not there.
I reinstalled the software a couple of times, but still cannot see it.
Do you know why? Any Ideas?

What is the base product in use...

IS is ARcserve 2000 or ARcserve 9.0

Are both these products on the same machine??

Win2000 server
Exchange 5.5
ARCserve 2000 advanced
Exchange agent
