Cannot see drives via fiber on a M80

Hello,

I have an M80 running 5.2.0.0 connected to a 3542 2Ru Fiber drive disk array through a 6228 fiber card adapter...and I am unable to see the drives. I checked my *.rte and devices for the fc* filesets and they appear to be there. There are a number of errors within the errpt, but diagnostics come back clean for the adapter.

When I hook up this array to an F150 running AIX 5.0, voila, I see them immediately. Not sure what gives. Any thoughts?

1.lsdev -Cc disk
2.lsdev -Cs pci
3.errpt |head -30
4.cfgmgr -v (cut&paste only the part rellevant to the FC board)

Are you sure you have all the file-sets for the Fiber device as well?

Thanks for the input. The machine is going through microcode updates at the moment, if that doesn't fix it, I'll send out the output. Thanks again
