Cannot see D drive using XP pro..

I have a system that was running windows 98SE and the hard drive was partition to C = 40 Gig and D = 40. I have installed windows xp professional then format c to NTSF, but I did not format D so all my data still there. When I go to computer management ==> disk management / my D drive is not showing C drive is showing the 40 GIG but not D:
Can please someone tell me how can I make windows xp pro to see my D Drive.
I have my CD ROM drive on E and DVD Drive on F.
