Hi there,

I have a customer with a Mac who is unable to see a 10% tint when using Adobe.

The whole screen seems to have been ‘bleached’ of colour, not just within Adobe…

I have changed the monitor, VGA cable and the graphics card, but nothing seems to be working. They have gone through the colour correction tools on the Mac and through Adobe gamma, but this doesn’t make any difference….

Any ideas?!?!

It's more likely that this is a hardware problem.

First thing, switch monitors and cables to see if the problem goes away.

If it doesn't go away, take the Mac in for service.
