cannot save,says its open already in Ill CS

it seems to happen the most when i have CorelDraw 12 open, that if i make even the smallest change in my Ill CS (11.0.0) document and try to save it, a dialog box comes up and says that "The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name of in a different folder." i have folders that have file names that are sequentially numbered because of this and there is no way that anyone has this file open because im the only one in the company that has Illustrator. Im guessing it's because CorelDRAW is interferring somehow. i've had a (bad) history w/CorelDraw, does anyone else have these problems w/having CorelDraw screw up adobe products?

I don't know about Corel interfering with files that you are using in Illustrator, but I suggest that you download the latest patches for AI CS as there have been similar bugs when people tried to delete/move saved files.
