Cannot save JPGs or View Source in Internet Explorer

When I try to save an image in Internet Explorer (jpg or gif), I only have the option to save it as a bmp. Also, I cannot View Source in Internet Explorer. I started having these problems around the same time. The only things I have installed recently that may have affected this are the latest Microsoft Security Patches. Any suggestions on how to resolve these problems? I have searched the MS knowledge base and found these similar articles, but none that resolved this problem:

Deleting the Temporary Internet Files fixed both problems. Thanks.
