Cannot save field data

HI all,

We have a bunch of PDFs with form fields in them. Users can enter data and print, but if trying to save, the warning appears that only a blank copy of the form can be saved.

How can this be changed to allows saving user entry?

I have Adobe Acrobat Professional 6.
