For one user only, Excel 2002 does not allow files to be saved as csv.
The error is:
"xxx.csv cannot be accessed. The file may be read-only, in a read-only location or the server the doc is on is not responding."
User has administrative rights to the directory.
The file is not read-only.
The server is definitely up.
Saving as .xls to the network directory works for same file.
Saving to local drive as .csv works.
Have removed Office and re-installed.
All Excel updates installed.
All other users can save as .csv fine to this network dir.
(note: Excel puts a file on the network dir of the correct name 'xxx.csv', but zero bytes and then gives the error. Also note that user then exits excel and it asks if he wants to save the changes, though he made no changes; just tried to save as to network directory.)
Help!
Thank You
