cannot run the report online

Hi,

I am using CR 8 which comes with peoplesoft. We a PIA where all the user use the url to run the reports.
It error at the PIA level where as it runs fine in the 2 tier envi. and the report consits of 4 sub reports and each subreport has a crosstab.
The error I get is
"Print engine error.Cannot open SQL server."
What should I do to make it work??
