Cannot run Reports - Database Access Denied

We are using BE 11d with SQL2005 for the databases. We have SQL configured for Windows and SA authentication. My user account is a Domain Admin on the network.

When I try to run reports in BE, it tells me "Unable to run report. Database Access Denied." and references error V-260-5. When I click that link, it takes me to a document for Storage Foundation for Windows - which does not apply to me or my problem.

I cannot find any reason for this issue on Symantec's knowledgebase. I am guessing it is a permissions issue in SQL2005, but cannot find it.

Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks in advance for any ideas or comments!
 
This issue was resolved when we recently installed build 7170 and the associated SP2. We were addressing a different problem and this issue was resolved as a by-product. I'm assuming the installation of the build reset permissions to the database. But, you know what happens when we assume...
