Hi,

I have just build the .exe I want to run using
Compaq Visual Fortran. I then tried to run the executable.

I got the following error:

Could not execute: Invalid Directory(Win32 Error 267)

Anyone know what this is about? (I can run the executable
by finding it and clicking on it directly, but cannot using the Visual Fortran interface)

OS = Windows XP
Compaq Visual Fortran Professional Edition: 6.6.a

Thanks

How are you running it - may seem a strange question. Are you running it from a cmd prompt or by double clicking on the filename or via a shortcut.

You could create a shortcut (right click, create shortcut) and then modify the working directory from the shortcut to see if that makes a difference.

Alternatively, start a cmd prompt (not command - that is 16 bits), cd to the relevant directory and run from there.

CLick on Project -> Settings -> Debug and check the working directory

Yes... It was indeed as simple as that

Thanks!
