I have an MXe-III platform running SP 8.0. This replaced an old Avaya G3 that used bridged appearances, and I set up Group Park for them to use so they could answer incoming calls but pick them up from another phone if/when necessary. The Group Park feature works great except that the phone that parked the call cannot retrieve it. Each phone has multicall appearances of the phantom extensions the calls are parked at. I've had them try to retrieve the call using the Group Park key, as well as the multicall keys of the phantom extensions and the primary extension key that parked the call to begin with but have been unsuccessful.

Again, this is only happening when the phone that placed the call in group park tries to retrieve it. Other phones that did not park the call can retrieve it with no issues.

I did not see anything in documentation indicating the phone that parked the call cannot retrieve it. Did I miss that somewhere or has anyone else seen this or have suggestions?

The other issue I'm having at this site is with their Engenius Durafone 1Xs. These are fancy cordless analog phones with a massive range that are supposed to display CLI info but it is not being received. I've verified CLI options are enabled in the COS for the extensions attached to these devices. I reached out to the manufacturer's tech support and they insist the phones will show CLI info when attached to a PBX same as if they are connected to local telco POTS lines. Has anyone used these with any success with the CLI operation?
