Cannot restore files to Netware 6 NSS volume

We are using Networker client 4.21 on our
Netware 6 server. (Networker server is 6.1.1 on
NT with ATL tape library.)When I try to restore
about 20 GB of data to NSS volume several files
are not restored with following message:

" cannot create connecting path:
(TSA600.NLM 6.0 263) This data set name is
already in use. "

The same data set was restored on traditional file system
volumes without any problem.

Any help or tip is needed.
