Hi I recently installed some security scripts on our server to harden the NT environment and change rights on certain registry keys and folders. On doing this I have left myself unable to restore from tapes prior to the script being ran.

If I catalogue an old tape it simply completes successfully and has 0 bytes. If I restore from an already catalogued tape it fails with an error: - Access Denied - Unable to restore Directory.

If I use last nights tape to restore it restores fine it just seems to be tapes prior to the scripts being ran which tells me that it has to be permissions or something on Backup Exec and not the permissions on the directory it's restoring to.

Help!!
