Cannot restart Arcserve job engine

Hello,

Arcserve 7 for Netware is installed on a Novell server.
It is running properly.
On a Win NT workstation, Arcserve manager is running.
Database and Tape engines are running.
But Job engine is stopped: "Failed to get job queue information from Job Engine".
Jobs are running on the server.
On the Manager I can see all completed jobs but not the scheduled ones.
I have installed Arcserve Manager on another NT workstation.
Same result.
What's wrong?
How can I fix this?

This most probably a licensing issue, check if you have license the
Product.
