cannot request command execution using Networker 6.1.1

I have just added a new Client to our backups and get the following errors. Does anyone have any ideas?

On the client carbon, go to the nsr\res subfolder and look at the file called servers.

Populate this file with the name of the backup server.
On separate lines, add the short name, long name, and even the i.p. address.

Then restart NetWorker Remote Exec Services
