I am running CM 5.2.1. On page 2 of console parameters I attempted to remove the Common Shared Extensions, but got "Referral call or Background BSR Polling in progress, cannot disable feature." We don't use call parking, don't have an ACD or any other special feature that uses this. I removed the feature code for call parking, changed attendant feature buttons so the numbers no longer work, but still no luck removing from console screen. I want to repurpose the DIDs for a VDN.
